Terrible customer service. I was quoted 2 months at 50% on the phone. When we arrived to get the keys the gal behind the counter was very rude and said we were “misquoted” and that it would be full price fro the first month then 50% for 2 months after. When we asked to speak to the manager, she refused and said that won’t change anything. Go ANYWHERE else!

Charged 2 late fees my second month, I lost debit card had to get new one. Forgot to give new card info to storage. I was locked out unit,gate. Thought gate was broke. But they locked me out. Call me next time. Can't pay on line i try everyday all I get is session expired, BBEe guess the owner. He is nice. ***** stars

Need a clean, A/C storage unit...Call Bonnie, She's pleasant and friendly. Living out of the area, paying by check and receiving our bill via email made it super convenient for us. We rented a large storage unit and filled it to the brim. After a year in storage there were no signs of bugs or rodents. They keep their units cleaned and our stuff was safe and protected. Can't say enough great things about Bonnie and the Aladdin Storage Facility.

New units, very clean, good lighting and security. 24 hour access. Excellent management and support staff. Very reasonable prices for such great storage units.

I have had a climate controlled storage for over a year now at this location. The storage area is always clean and kept neat. The location is very safe and secure. I just paid for another year of storage last week to continue to store my items here. Bonnie the manager is so sweet and very helpful. I highly suggest this location to anyone that is in need of a storage building.
